The rebuild of this beautiful aircraft took a total of 4 years to complete. Literally everything was overhauled or repaired. The wings, ailerons, flaps, landing gear were all removed, demantled, inspected and any needed parts replaced. The gear motor, gear box and flap motor were all overhauled. The engine, an E185-11 was overhauled and a new STC'd hartzell propeller installed. The pressure carburetor was overhauled. The plane was completely stripped of old paint and repainted. The wing spar inspected for corrosion and cracks. The fuselage skin thicknesses were measured and the aircraft put on scales to obtain the new weight and balance. The ruddervators were re-balanced. While the entire interior was removed old wiring was replaced with new. All fuel lines inspected and replaced as needed. New fuel bladders installed.

When people see the plane it is hard for them to believe it is a 1950 model year bonanza.
